DS328 is an advanced robust bead dispensing system that automatically dispenses fluid reagent into liquid nitrogen for continuous bead production. Liquid nitrogen instantly freezes
dispensed fluid into solid beads. Upon pre-programmed machine operation setup, up to 20,000 frozen solid beads with uniform size and spherical shape can be produced and harvested in one
hour. Bead size ranges from 1ul to 50ul. Bead volume CV can be as high as 0.5%. A complete DS328 system is a large free stand production system that consists a control platform with 7” color touch screen user interface, bead dispensing workstation, and bead harvesting mechanism. With robust performance and extreme reliability, DS328 is an excellent choice for large scale bead production.
